Well with all our recent activity here are a few signs that pic tok / san and surrounding systems within the so called 20ly bubble of effect are being and showing signs of background sim upgrade/improvement
Market volumes upgrading ( in testing )
Confirming more traders in pic tok and more and better armed police ( anacondas and pythons over eagles-sidewinders a few weeks ago)
In solo / open more traffic around pic tok outpost (NPC)
Being interdicted in the empty systems around both systems - it has been reported elsewhere but has only started happening in last 24 hours. Im also seeing traders where there were none before in systems between pic tok and san ( theres hIP 17xxx something) where it hasnt happend before.
Some reductions in profit margins on markets
Our mining, trade and security efforts as well as UA ? maybe are starting to bear fruit in the ways the background sim expresses its environment
Oh and more trade missions in pic tok ( and the average payout is now hitting half a mil in some cases)
