As this is a Sirius Corp CG, and HIP 8396 is a tertiary OZ, I suggest participation. There are other trade/bounty themed CGs at Kaushpoos... but that is not a Sirius endeavor. LOCATION: HIP 8396, Stepping Stone Base. OBJECTIVE: Mine & deliver Osmium... to improve the outpost.  The most obvious solution is to mine the Pristine (metal-rich?) ring of HIP 8396 1 (which Stepping Stone Base orbits). UPDATE: Thanks to CMDR Flexo, we have located a pristine metallic ring 44 LY from HIP 8396... in HIP 4318. It's less efficient than mining in HIP 8396 (but more peaceful/secluded).  Just don't forget that Stepping Stone Base is M-PAD ONLY!  ~I suggest that you ignore all minerals except Osmium, Painite and *maybe* Platinum. ~I suggest that you, or member of your wing, bring a scanner (to reveal unexplored planets, especially HIP 4318 2).

Its got my support. Due to work committments i most likley keep up the UA activities at home and keep the support going in san etc. But we have senior representatives there partaking ( the great thing about a group is as we grow we can run multiple ops at once. And new members if they have the time to devote can sub organise events within our groups framework
Osmium is the key component here, but if the CG isnt just youre only focus here, then panite and platinum plus exploration scanner is a good idea. And when u come back u can grab some hauling missions back to the core
So if youre looking at this page and thinking of joining us and getting involved, this is a continuation of many previous projects and events we get invovled in on a regular basis, registration is easy, we have teamspeak services, and inara.cz wings up.
We would also like some video content producers if youre interested in helping us promote fun. Thats the main aim is fun fun fun

UPDATE: Tier 1 has been achieved; rewards are visible. CMDR participation is light, but I have seen a few on open server.

UPDATE: With just over 2 days remaining, we are less than halfway to the 2nd Tier. Outfitting facilities in HIP 8396 would be nice... if you agree, please deliver more Osmium to Stepping Stone Base!

UPDATE: The CG has ended, without achieving Tier 2. CMDR Flexo and I enlisted a passerby to mine cooperatively, but the youngster was skeptical of mining anything but PPP. I wish that Frontier would extend this CG for another week, but I do not expect them to.
