I just went to Robigo mines from reading the Galnet news and turns out that there is a bounty hunting community goal.
Tier 1: 20,000,000cr Tier 2: 10,000,000cr Tier 3: 7,500,000cr Tier 4: 5,000,000cr Tier 5: 2,500,000cr
I hope this helps any body that wants to do the bounty hunting.
Seems like the targets might be hit pretty quick so if u want to get involved go for it.

I'm right next door in Sothis. Hope the CG is still on this weekend when I have time to play, see how good the new Python is at bounty hunting. Unfortunately I have it set up for trading...

Me too, but a trading Python usually does well for itself in a combat role. When you remove all that cargo (200+ tons?), it becomes even more agile...

I'm not sure how long this is going to run... Attachments:

Unfortunately, Robigo only has one low-intensity RES site. It may be difficult to get bounties here...

Not even at the first tier! Time enough! Looks like I'll be bounty hunting this weekend then. :-)

Observation: The low-intensity RES site in Robigo is spawning higher-than-expected numbers of juicy targets (Pythons, Anacondas, Clippers, FDLs, etc.) It's not that difficult to find six-figure bounties. There are only 2 factions in Robigo, Sirius Corp. and Robigo Cartel. Most of the high-level NPCs that I have encountered are from the latter... however, you will also encounter wanted (pirate?) Sirius Corp. vessels.

Not sure if this is going to work. But I'm getting a bit tired of waiting for wanted ships to spawn in the Low intensity RES in Robigo. HIP 8396 has a couple of High intensity ones. I should get bounties there for Sirius Corp that I can then cash in on at Robigo right? Worth a try.
* edit * It worked. You spend some extra time flying to and from HIP 8396. But then it's anaconda-killing-bonanza. Got 1.7mil in bounties for the CG.

Good catch, you found some lazy programming! The CG is tied to minor faction (Sirius Corp.), which has a presence in multiple systems.

The Hunt may be nearing conclusion...200 million +/- remaining before Tier 5! Attachments:

Not so fast! I was planning my last push to get into the 5% tonight :-)

Nope, I was at 40% when I logged in yesterday and the CG was almost done. I did manage to get into the 15% in the nick of time, it might have been my last 700k in bounties that pushed us over the edge because the CG was done when I checked it a minute after handing them in.
It was a really close call too. I was fighting in HIP 8396 and I managed to shoot up a pirate there without scanning it first (silly me!). Got a bounty myself. Got shot up pretty bad and limped out of the RES with 18% hull. Got back to Robigo. Was wanted there too so I had to sneak onto the landing pad there without being scanned using silent running. But that turns off your shield so it's kind of nerve wrecking when you only have 18% hull. I'm glad my new Python handles so well.
Brown pants stuff.. but awesome when it works out. This is what keeps me playing this game.

So now I have to find something else to do for the next 7 days. I'm still allied with Sirius Corp but wanted there too. So no mining in the outer systems for a week. I might as well give our own Sirius Inc systems a visit.

We could definitely use the assistance. Good deeds in San... plus not-so-good deeds in Pic Tok.
