Inara has some room for ranks / medal type tools as reward and promotional outcomes. The game itself lacks ingame tools ie titles medals which groups can use as acknowledgement. Eve online has bucketloads of them.

Im looking at what i can use to rewards members in our group but the best tools here is our ongoing particpation our contributions and our sense of sirius inc community
